
Tim Hortons | US Launch
Tim Hortons was looking to enter the already saturated US restaurant space with a unique look. The pitch brief was simple: see-say kinetic type animation.
I love to expand on a simple idea. We took a risk and suggested that we drop the type and instead show a series of fully produced 3D miniature ‘stages’ each with unique vignettes that could showcase Tim Hortons’ products and messaging with whimsy.
The agency loved it and so did Tim Hortons. Each month I would sit with the creative team to propose visuals that would meet their ask. It was a truly collaborative process that provided our team with a ton of fun that lasted over 3 years. We went on to produce over 200 unique videos in that time.
